Chop the parsley and chives. Cut the bacon cut into small cubes.

Make a smaller and a larger piece of pizza dough.

Lard a round mould.

Line the mould with the larger piece of dough, making sure to cover the bottom and the edges well and leaving 2-3cm of dough hanging over the edge.

Spread a layer of finely chopped Vacherin over the dough and sprinkle with the diced ham.

Add hard-boiled, sliced eggs and sprinkle with parsley and chives.

Roll out the smaller piece of dough so it fits on the form. Moisten the edges and cover the pizza with the dough. Spread some lard on top.

Place in the pre-heated oven and bake about 45 minutes at 220°C.
