Serves 4:<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong>
\n200 g of vacherin (runny)
\n150 g of cooked ham
\n50 g of of crushed breadcrumbs
\n80 g of butter (2\u00d740 g)
\n30 g of flour
\n2 decilitres of milk
\n2 eggs
\nSalt and ground pepper<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong>
\nMake hard-boiled eggs and cook the macaroni “al dente”.
\nPrepare a white sauce with 40 g of butter, flour and milk.
\nIncorporate the Vacherin and stir well on a medium heat.
\nPlace the macaroni pasta in a generously buttered baking dish.
\nPlace a layer of ham cut into Julienne slices (long thin strips).
\nCut the hard-boiled eggs into slices and place over the ham.
