Ingredients<\/strong> Method<\/strong>
\n250 g of runny Vacherin
\n4 ripe avocados
\nGround pepper
\nCumin, season to taste<\/p>\n
\nSlice the avocados lengthwise and remove the pits.
\nSpoon out the avocados and cut into small cubes before mixing them with the creamy Vacherin.
\nPepper generously and add a little cumin, depending on your taste.
\nStuff the empty avocado halves with the Vacherin avocado pulp filling. Place in the fridge for one hour or so.
